I love that you love them :D Well… at first I didn’t know how to draw monsters, by instance. But drawing everyday is the best way to improve your skills. Also you have to be conscious that not all the drawings are gonna be great, but they all work well as practice if you keep doing them regularly (obviously the good ones also show up every once in a while)  (:
